What we were first struck with when meeting Emily was her energy. She is constantly positive and encouraging. Other personal trainers that we have worked with push, bully and shout which is often demoralizing. Emily is the opposite her careful warm attitude makes you look forward to every session. We particularly loved the structure to each lesson. It was tailor made to suit both our needs using the most up to date equipment. The viprs, band use and interval training were things that we had never done before, Emily's guidance and teaching in this was first class and it was amazing to walk away with new fitness skills. We put our complete trust in all she did and it more than paid off!  We both lost weight working with Emily and had never been more toned and strong. Whether outside in the park or at your home Emily was always on time and professional. Her fun loving nature and belief that you can do anything made both of our confidence grow tremendously. Our attitude to fitness was changed as she allowed us to achieve with performance based goal setting. We never wanted to let her down. Finally it is the aftercare that you get with training with Emily that we believe makes her stand out from other trainers. Throughout her training Emily constantly recommended diet plans, workouts for the days we didn't meet- videos, demonstrations and gave CONSTANT support. We only wish we could train with her everyday- she really is the best.

I am really enjoying training with Emily. The sessions are always really well pitched and very varied - I've never been bored and I feel like I've pushed myself to just the right level. I'm a new mum and what's particularly reassuring is how knowledgeable Emily is about postpartum exercise. We've been able to work on core exercises but I know that Emily will only be suggesting workouts that are appropriate
post birth. She's always really positive and encouraging. I'd definitely recommend
training with her.

I’ve been seeing Emily since I was 11 weeks post delivery and can highly recommend her for personal training. She is enthusiastic and motivating, and keeps workouts varied so that the time flies by! We have trained on tooting common and even in my kitchen when the weather was bad! Emily is also very up to date with research regarding health and fitness and after managing to convince me to write a food diary for a few days, she made some really constructive suggestions which have helped me and my husband lose weight!
