PRE & POST NATAL ONE TO ONE

AND SMALL GROUP SESSIONS

Emily is pre and post-natal qualified.

She offers one-to-one and small group training for women throughout their pregnancy; providing a tailor-made workout dependent on the trimester you
are in. Every pregnancy is different and so is every woman's body.
Subsequent pregnancies may also differ.

She provides you with safe effective exercise combined with lifestyle and nutritional advice that is right for you and your baby. There are many advantages of exercise during pregnancy including:

-   A faster post-natal recovery

-   Control of excess weight gain

-   Enhanced psychological wellbeing

It has also been proven to have positive effects on your labour. Recent studies by the Université de Montréal have even proven that exercising whilst pregnant can be good for your baby too. Have a happy, healthy pregnancy by training with Swift Fit London. We give you the confidence to exercise safely during pregnancy.

Once you have had your baby it is important to return to exercise at the pace and rate that is right for you in the post-natal period.

Training ineffectively during this time can cause complications if you are breastfeeding and can damage your pelvic floor and abdominals.
It is important to train under the guidance of a qualified post-natal instructor like Emily who can get you back on track with her knowledge, experience
and expertise.

There are clear aims for postnatal exercise including re-toning your pelvic floor and your abdominal muscles. Special care will be taken
to correct or regain good posture and develop good technique in basic daily tasks so no problems arise after pregnancy.

Sessions are also great for then shifting post natal weight and enhancing your self-confidence. Emily can get you back to your pre-pregnancy body and even fitter than ever! She offers both outdoor and home visits to mum and mums to be! These two options for training help work around the demands of pregnancy and the busy schedule of being a mum!
