Emily is pre and post-natal qualified.


She offers one-to-one and small group training for women throughout their pregnancy; providing a tailor-made workout dependent on the trimester you
are in. Every pregnancy is different and so is every woman's body.
Subsequent pregnancies may also differ. 

She provides you with safe effective exercise combined with lifestyle and nutritional advice that is right for you and your baby. There are many advantages of exercise during pregnancy including:

It has also been proven to have positive effects on your labour. Recent studies by the Université de Montréal have even proven that exercising whilst pregnant can be good for your baby too. Once you have had your baby it is important to return to exercise at the pace and rate that is right for you in the post-natal period.


Training ineffectively during this time can cause complications if you are breastfeeding and can damage your pelvic floor and abdominals.
