Emily is pre and post-natal qualified.
She offers one-to-one and small group training for women throughout their pregnancy; providing a tailor-made workout dependent on the trimester you
are in. Every pregnancy is different and so is every woman's body. Subsequent pregnancies may also differ.
She provides you with safe effective exercise combined with lifestyle and nutritional advice that is right for you and your baby. There are many advantages of exercise during pregnancy including:
